Morning weekend breakfast with bacon then lounging around.

Lunch at The Pines Dine - a space where many different food trucks park.

We had momos from MoMo on Wheels and then got scallops on a fancy potato salad and tomato soup from Rook & Larder.

I got a flight of beers.

We drove out to the Devil’s Lake Boardwalk Trail but it was closed.

Next stop Regatta Park with Sparky the Wish Dragon. It had a short loop trail to look at a 400 year old spruce.

One more walk at Roads End State Recreation Site. Long sand beach with wind and surf roar — and sun!

We stopped in Oceanlake neighbourhood of Lincoln City and walked the street looking at shops. Went into the Birkenstock store.
