It was cold by the window but had pretty twinkling Gastown lights.

I had a glass of happy hour Prosecco and a house red wine. They come in small tumblers filled to the brim.

Carpaccio with toasted sourdough to start. Rachael loves carpaccio and we talked about what a carpaccio tasting tour around the city would look like. Yes butter beef at Phnom Penh counts as carpaccio.

Burrata with farro, beets, and arugula.
