• Lebanese Zaatar: More tangy and stronger flavour
• Jordanian Zaatar: More sesame seeds & more greener
• Palestinian Zaatar: Same as jordanian but more greener
• Aleppo Zaatar: More richer taste because of the Cumin, aniseed & pomegranate seeds which makes it more fruiter.
