The overnight crock pot fat and onions is a lovely brown colour. There was quite a lot of liquid. I ladled it off into a second jar. About half of it is fat and half is onion pork broth. I’ll let it cool, I’m sure I can use onion pork lad for cooking too.
Writing up notes from yesterday and looking at Community Supported Agriculture in Vancouver. I’d like to join one this year.
