This was on the back cover of the Cook’s Illustrated September & October 2021. I should make a habit of posting these back covers, they have fun lists of things which make for both good prompts, and an excuse to get some more food terms into the system.

• Bagels - have never made them at home, I should try

• Babka - Coho Cafe has this regularly, include an Ube babka version
