I had to look up how to delete plugins in TiddlyWiki – which is basically, open them up from $:/ControlPanel in edit mode and delete them.

Then, drag and dropped from Saq's Github site https://saqimtiaz.github.io/tw5-file-uploads/ and checked the settings.

I'm using direct IPFS links – so the permanent version of the file is through the Fission gateway directly to an IPFS hash address – but the file with original file name is still uploaded directly into my twgroceries folder where this index.html version of the wiki lives too.
