- 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage and (optional) chopped green onions - approx 1/2 cup flour - 1 egg - 1 or more gu (fillings) of your choice - approx 1/2 cup liquid: dashi stock or milk + 1/2 tsp dashi powder - salt & pepper - 1 - 2 slices bacon (optional)
