A tart German style wheat beer fermented with our house culture. Aromas of citrus and white pepper lead to flavours of lemon and spice with a subtle brett funk. The finish is a balance of savoury spice and bright acidity, with a medium body. ABV 4.4%
This batch of Party Animal is an absolute, tropical fruit bomb. Citra incognito was added to the fermenter during cast out and this beer was heavily dry hopped with Sabro Lupomax, HBC 1019, and more Citra. ABV 6.5%
