The restaurant is out in Cedar, south of Nanaimo, in an old heritage home.
They have a patio but it was a pretty hot day so we had a nice table looking out over the garden.
We were served an amuse with corn and smoked salmon
We had the tuna ceviche with miso mayo and wonton crackers appetizer which was a special.
I got the pan fried ling cod with yuzu broth and rice cakes as my main.
Rachael had the Mushroom Ricotta Cannelloni, Pesto, Basil Crema, Pickled Shimeji, Crispy Portobello, Roasted Cippolini Onion
To drink, I had Twin City Obscura Italian Plum Berliner Style Weisse. This was really tasty and paired well with food.
Rachael had Salted Rosemary Paloma - Grapefruit, Lime, Salted Rosemary Syrup, Soda.
For dessert, we shared Silken Chocolate Cake, Gingersnap Crust, Berry Coulis, Sorbet.
