Ground pork and bell peppers with chives and Sichuan peppercorn over Sungiven flat noodles. This was really tasty but I only took a picture of the leftovers in the pan. Even such a little bit of dark soy just turned everything dark and dank in a good way.
Used a microplane to grate a Tbsp of ginger. Garlic press on 3 cloves. Half an onion, sliced. Vegetable oil and sesame oil. Sautéed.
Ground pork added, lightly salted and browned. 2 small green bell peppers and a large red pepper, sliced and added. Tbsp of Sichuan peppercorns and a dried red chilli. Chopped 1/2 cup of Chinese chives.
Sauced up with 2 Tbsp ketchup, 2 tsp dark soy, 2 Tbsp regular soy, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar.
