Mostly US based online sources of pantry staples
- salt — +1 on the salt cellar; I have one next to the stove and one on the table
- oils & fats
- olive oil
- beef tallow — I don’t really cook with this at all
- ghee
- vinegars & acids
- spices
- sauces & condiments
- soy sauce
- fish sauce —Red Boat Fish Sauce gets the nod
- hot sauces
- mayo
- chile paste
And a long list of miscellaneous, Bianco DiNapoli gets the thumbs up.
