1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced crosswise 1/2 inch thick
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp minced jarred hot cherry peppers
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
