  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced crosswise 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp minced jarred hot cherry peppers
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
