Giant portions. I got Loaded Waffles — two waffles stacked on each other, covered in sausage gravy, with two eggs and cheddar cheese on top.

For dinner, ended up at Salt + Smoke with a crew of people, including b4 who got us on the waitlist, and radglob who I ended up trading a bunch of foodie stories with. Turns out he’s another tepache fan which is extremely rare to find in the wild.
