- 1 lb bok choy
- 4 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chinese mushroom sauce
- sesame seeds
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes
You’re supposed to blanche the bok choy in boiling water for 2 minutes and then put in an ice bath before stir frying.
Heat oil in skillet, add garlic cloves, stir fry 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add bok choy, toss to coat, cook for 2-3 minutes until starting to brown. Add sauces and stir & coat for 1 minute, add spices.
